The Marlys Lindert collection consists of an audiocassette and transcript of an oral history interview conducted between Lindert and Eugenie C. Davis during the fall of 1990. Lindert worked as a home economics teacher at Central High School in Norwood-Young America, Minnesota for thirty-five years. In the interview, Lindert discussed the educational changes that she believed occurred during her career as an educator from 1946 through 1985. This oral history interview was conducted as a requirement for the graduate level Educational Foundations course entitled History of Education in American Culture at Mankato State University in Mankato, Minnesota.
